Who Operates This SMS Program

The Untapped SMS program is operated by ConConnect Holdings Corporation DBA Untapped App — the parent company behind Untapped Solutions, the Untapped App, and this website. Any reference to "Untapped," "we," "us," or "our" in these SMS Terms means ConConnect Holdings Corporation DBA Untapped App.

Program Description

The Untapped SMS program sends text messages related to your account, case plan, caseworker communication, job alerts, community resources, appointment reminders, and customer support.

SMS Provider — Twilio

Untapped uses Twilio Inc. as our SMS/text messaging infrastructure provider to deliver messages to and from your phone number. When you send or receive an SMS through Untapped, your phone number, message content, and delivery metadata are processed by Twilio in order to route the message through carrier networks.

Twilio acts as our messaging service provider (a data processor on our behalf). Twilio's handling of this data is governed by their Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.

In some cases, Untapped may resell or pass through SMS capabilities (provisioned via Twilio) to partner organizations, employers, or caseworkers within the platform so they can communicate with you. Those partners are bound by the same privacy commitments described here and in our Privacy Policy.

Opt-In / Consent

By providing your mobile number during sign-up, in your profile, or by texting a keyword to one of our numbers, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Untapped at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using Untapped's services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, your caseworker's communication, job matches, and the notifications you've enabled. Most users receive between a few and a dozen messages per week.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Untapped does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opting Out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we'll send a one-time confirmation message and you will not receive any additional SMS messages from that program. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages again.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Sharing

We do NOT share, sell, or rent your SMS consent data, mobile phone number, or information collected through SMS opt-ins to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers and SMS content are shared only with:

• Twilio, our messaging infrastructure provider, to deliver and receive your messages.
• Your assigned caseworker, social worker, or partner organization within Untapped, when you are communicating with them.
• Authorities, only if legally required (e.g., a valid court order). We do not voluntarily share with parole, probation, immigration, or law enforcement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by message.
