Untapped (also referred to as Untapped Solutions and the Untapped App) is a product operated by ConConnect Holdings Corporation DBA Untapped App ("ConConnect," "we," "us," or "our"), the parent company responsible for this website, the Untapped mobile application, and all related services. Any reference to "Untapped" in this Privacy Policy means ConConnect Holdings Corporation DBA Untapped App.

What We Know About You

When you use Untapped, we collect information you give us - like your name, contact info, work history, and goals. We also track how you use the app (what features you click, when you log in) so we can make it better.

We're not running background checks. We're not pulling your criminal record. We're not calling your PO. You tell us what you want to share, and that's all we know.

Who We DON'T Share With

Let's be crystal clear about who will NEVER see your data:

• Parole officers or probation departments
• Law enforcement or correctional facilities
• Immigration authorities
• Employers (unless you explicitly apply through us)
• Family members or other people in your life
• Data brokers or marketing companies

Your conversations with the AI assistant? Private. Your job search? Private. Your housing situation? Private.

When We Do Share Information

We only share your info in these specific situations:

• With your permission: When you apply for a job or program through Untapped, we share what's needed for that application - and nothing more.
• To make the tech work: We use secure services (like cloud hosting) to run the app. These companies are legally required to keep your data private.
• If legally required: If a court orders us to share information, we have to comply. But we'll fight it if we can, and we'll notify you unless we're legally prevented from doing so.

How We Protect Your Data

Your information is encrypted - that means it's scrambled so even if someone got access to our servers, they couldn't read your data. We use the same security standards as banks and hospitals.

We don't sell your data. Ever. We're not making money off your information. We make money by helping you succeed.

Your Rights Over Your Data

This is YOUR information. Here's what you can do:

• See it: Request a copy of everything we have about you
• Change it: Update or correct any information that's wrong
• Delete it: Ask us to delete your account and all your data
• Download it: Get a copy of your data to take somewhere else

AI Features & Third-Party Data Sharing

Untapped uses Google Gemini, a third-party AI service provided by Google LLC, to power our AI features. Here's exactly what that means for your data:

AI conversations are stored to improve your experience. No human at Untapped reads your chats unless you report a technical problem and give us permission. The AI doesn't judge you. It doesn't report you. It's a tool to help you navigate your life, not monitor it.

SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

Untapped may send you SMS/text messages related to your account, services, and support. We do not share your SMS consent data, phone numbers, or any information collected through SMS opt-ins with any third parties, affiliates, or non-affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Your SMS consent and data are used solely by ConConnect Holdings Corporation DBA Untapped App to deliver the services you have requested. This data is never sold, rented, or disclosed to outside parties.

SMS Provider: We use Twilio Inc. as our SMS infrastructure provider to deliver and receive text messages. When you send or receive an SMS through Untapped, your phone number, message content, and delivery metadata are processed by Twilio (acting as our data processor) to route the message through carrier networks. Twilio's handling of this data is governed by their Privacy Notice.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and let you know. We won't make changes that affect your privacy without giving you a heads up.
