Our CEO’s Message For You

Five and a half years behind bars taught me that the system wasn't built for people like us. After 37 job rejections in 60 days, I knew something had to change. We built Untapped because everyone deserves a fair shot – not just a second chance, but real tools to navigate life's challenges.
